TOGETHER, PUSHING BOUNDARIES

Does anybody know about this phrase? hmm...i guess its the new Proton textlines...

why Proton? as i like automotive, involve with a little knowledge of automotive...feel like i wish to go into automotive...as i know, there are only 2 plant for proton BIG office...shah alam & tanjung malim...feel like to travel? i guess its time for me to stand alone...

hmm...sure those who read my crazy blog wondering why do i put this topic in my blog...here's the story...

i had an interview schedule this afternoon, actually schedules...i have 3 straight in a row...but only 2 turns up...starts at 3.30pm...finished at 4.10pm and direct starts with the 2nd interview together with Takano San...its a short one as this is the 2nd interview...i went out early together with the candidate and after i signed her exit form...suddently my phone vibrate...[@ 16:35pm] look at the unfamiliar number...i guess this must be someone who i dont really know asking for 'hutang'...shhhh!!

but my assumption went totally wrong when the guy asked my name...then he tell me his name [en Fauzi]...and from where he's calling from...guess what! he's calling from Proton! :) i walk away towards the lobby, sit at a desk and he ask me to brief him what is my current task in Vista Point Technologies...i did a short brief, doing recruitment for indirect...industrial relation and a bit about admin...then he say okay...ask about the position that i had applied for...few positions actually...he did ask if i concern about 1 of the post i applied for...HR Assistant since i'm now as a Jr Exec...

i did mention to him that i was just get promoted...the reason i get promoted is...there were too many asst in our current team...[this is what been mention by my boss..so she decided to upgrade few of us to this level to control own function~eg. me with my function as IDL recruitment+IR] and i dont really mention with the positions but i do ask him whether Proton do have any concern for my pay...then the words make me feels a bit happy... "we dont have any issue on the pay...and of course you will have your chance to grow further for future enhancement...you will have the chances..." then to control myself...not to be over excited...

he did mention that if both of us have no issue, he will ask his subordinate to contact me in this few days to maybe arrange an interview session...it's actually a standard statement for those who handle recruitment...just to know the level of communication [english+bm] and the interest shown...not sure whether they will call me for the session...but i really hope i have the chance...at least to go for the 1st interview...for me...receive a call from a company that i wish to join is a dream come true...even it just a short call...

hopefully...there will be someone who will pray for me...i will let both my parents know about this and ask them to pray for me as well...
